Who We Are.
Orugallu Paraspara Sahayaka Sahakara Maha Samakhya (OMS) is a community-based federation of Mandala Samakhyas operating in and around Warangal, Telangana. Registered in 2011, OMS works to strengthen Self-Help Groups and build livelihoods for rural women across the region.
Supported by the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP) – Government of Telangana, and recognized by the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM), Ministry of Rural Development, OMS serves as a National Resource Agency providing technical support to SRLMs across 18 states.
